tue went to Rq's house with Geok, Garlic& MC to bake cookies. Rq is lazy& so he decided to use the shorter way of baking cookies which is to buy the instant pack where you just heat, mix, bake& tada! u have chocolate cookies. we never bake using those instant pack before. &obviously everything became a messsss.
- we add too much water.
- the whole mixture became so CREAMY instead of dough.
- we forgot to add the egg.
- we decided to buy flour with baking soda in it to make it less watery.
&yupp, you know what happen when you add baking soda. when the thing is being baked, it will actually "rise". but dont forget, our intention is to bake cookies.
nice job it was, from cookies it turns out to be MUFFINS. or rather i thought like kueh kueh. ironically it tastes quite nice. but yah, they wanted cookies in the end become something they never expected. AHAHAHHAHA. of course, we still have the COOKIES& MUFFINS in the end. by then the whole kitchen was in a mess. we used up almost all the utensils but it was fun.
went to watch Ah Long later on. while on the way, someone actually got banged straight at the lamp post. shant say is who, but that someone can really banged till the lamp-post vibrates. partly my fault too. anyway while i laughed at that someone, i slip& fell. retribution you called it. hahahahahaaha. there were other unknown people looking at us laughing too.
yesterday went to war memorial with fellow SA-ians& yepp abit sad when you see how the victims' relatives prays for them. saw many people from different countries& the representives from ASEAN! i learnt about them in social studies but i didnt expect will see them in person one day woah. took many pictures& yah there is a photo i like alot.
after that met up with Eileen, Jon, @men& Oli, headed to the restaurant to help out in the events. me& Jon were incharge of photos& printings, was quite fun seeing how the people interact there. the dinner was not just a simple dinner, there were actually lion dance& the person who can change into different masks in a second! there were also calligraphy, geomancer. wahhh whole thing very cheena. whole day seems bad for me because now my legs are full of blisters due to the heels& i actually miss the last train home on that day. bad bad bad :[
