kids nowadays are soooooo much luckier.
make me think of my childhood..

CARS: used to have those kind of small cars near most mama shops, u throw a 20cents coin, start movin' &enjoy the feel of like sitting on a rocking horse for abt 5mins, having some children song played while u ride. i always wave to dad whenever i ride& felt so grand but i dunno why. mom seldom let me ride on those. there was an "upgrade" after, u throw 50cents coin this time& u sit on smth tat looks like mini ferris wheel. wonder if u guys can rem, last time AMK central got this small road path, u pay an amount& u sit on a motorcyle/car &u drive along those "fake" roads. now no more already, was my fav.

SWEETS: got many different sweets onto different containers in the mama shop. when u go, aunty or uncle will give u a plastic bag to let u put ur sweets- 3 for 10cents. can still rem the flavours: sarsi, orange, hacks, mint with choco inside, fizzy kola, etc. no sweets still got ice-pop, 1 for 10cents nia! u use ur teeth, bite on the tip& start twisting the icepop till it open. icecreams was those usual ones, famous known: paddle-pop (the one with Mr. Lion) &nutella in small box plus a mini knife is shiokness.

TOYS: lego &barbies rock alot man, tho i dont like barbies. fixing those small parts &form into a house is cool lah. lego got so many form one somemore. barbies used to be so famous, u comb the hair, change her pretty clothes, pretend to talk to her as though she is ur fren. now got wad bratz, only got the big head& u put make up on her -.- so nice meh zzz. ohya, the hair can even perm& dye now, total amazing. can predict the high increase of hairstylists in the future. lego& guns are better than dolls defintely (:

ELECTRONIC: the first gameboy i saw machiam so big& heavy one plus game cartridge, no colours& so hard to see. always must near the place got light den can play, otherwise darkness. aft tat got gameboy color& advance. that was past tense. now u see are those nintendo DS, playstations. graphics& sounds are sooooo much better! no nid to stand under light liao. LOL. game cartridge now become memory cards. last time my cartridge super lao kok kok, always mus blow& blow den can play zzzz.

TEEVEE: power rangers soooo rock, esp. the 1st season. seldom miss any episodes sia. pink ranger was kimberly, red ranger was jason, white ranger was tommy& so on.. damn nice :D now got wad powerpuff girls, spongebob& etc. hahaha kids now still got kids central. last time dont even have a kids channel for us. only channel5 in the morning then have. hohoho. now got famous hi5. i rem i learnt some songs from this purple hippo, HIPPO okay not barney. &the stomach got alot of heart-shaped on it. also, mom always buy abacus shows for me. wad can use fingers& count easier, den i will complain to mom not enough fingers. officially proven tat was useless for me. &i like the clown in the aiyoyo lao shi show, always kanna bullied lol.

one thing i can be sure, kids can never have enough entertainment.
